You have 15 days from receiving your order to return the product to us, or request a price adjustment.

All product needs to be in the same condition as received.  Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all the Cardinal of Canada original tags attached and any related accessories.

Holiday Returns: Purchases made from 12/01/2023 to 12/21/2023 will have an extended return timeframe until 1/5/2024. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email us before 1/5/2024. All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect.

If you fail to comply with the above conditions, the product(s) will be returned to you, at your own expense,  and will not be refunded.

Refund Process

To return a product, go to our contact us page. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once the return has been approved, a return label will be sent to you by email. The parcel must be dropped off at the appropriate courier location and received within 10 days from the date of the return authorization for a full refund.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, examined, and approved, a refund will be processed on your original mode of payment within 3-5 business days. 

Any returns that do not meet the guidelines, as indicated in our Exchange Policy, will be returned client's expense.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product, go to our contact us page. Include your order number and the size or alternative item you would like to exchange it for.

Once the exchange has been approved, a return label will be sent to you by email. The parcel must be dropped off at the appropriate courier location and received within 10 days from the date of the exchange authorization.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, examined, and approved, the item that it will be exchanged for, will be sent to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number once it ships.

Any items that do not meet the guidelines, as indicated in our Return Policy, will be returned client's expense.

 Damaged or Defective Items

Our goal is to comply with the highest standards of quality and your satisfaction is important to us.  

In the event that a product is defective or if you encounter any problems with your item, please contact us.

Once you have described the defect, we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement item based on the nature of the defect, the length of time since your purchase, and use of the item. 

Please note that we cannot reimburse or replace your garment for any damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
