RETURN POLICY

No hassle purchases at Cardinal of Canada. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently orders cannot be exchanged online directly. Just contact us directly and we will facilitate an exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase ship date. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.

SHIPPING RATES

Free Shipping: We offer free UPS Ground shipping and Orders over $1,000. 

$25 Expedited (2 day service): You may upgrade to Expedited (2-day) shipping for a flat fee of $25 at checkout

$45 Next Day (Overnight): You may upgrade to 1 day shipping for a flat fee of $45.  

All orders are shipped via UPS. 

All orders above $1,000 are shipped Expedited for Free.

Delivery timelines commence next business day for any orders placed after 1:30pm EST.  All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery. A valid street address is required, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that this site ships to Canada only. If you wish to place an order to ship to the US, Europe and select countries in the Middle East, please contact us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your shipping tracking information.

You will be receiving email updates of the status of your order shipment.

Once your order ships, you may always also track your order online.

RETURN GUIDELINES

Packaged with your order, you will receive a pre-paid return label. The label may be used in all 10 provinces and 3 territories only and cannot be used for shipping from other locations, gift exchanges or group sales.

You have several options when arranging your return using UPS: 

1) Take the package to your nearest UPS drop-off location. (You can find the nearest UPS drop-off location by navigating to “Locations” on ups.com)

2)  Schedule a collection by calling UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877

UPS will require the information on your pre-printed return label, so have this ready when arranging your return. Please contact us at info@cardinalofcanada.com for a return label.

Once you have arranged your return, complete the following steps:

a) Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box

b) Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely

Please note that, in the CANADA, we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than UPS.

In the Canada, goods should not be returned via UPS Drop Box as this is not a supported return method.

If you have lost your pre-printed return label please do not hesitate to contact us and we will issue you a new label.
