We ship to Canada excluding the Northern Territories via premium carriers. All orders are processed through Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Any orders received after 12 pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days for orders to ship.
The following shipping times should be used as an estimate only. We are not responsible for any delay caused by inclement weather, package congestion, holidays etc.
We offer complimentary standard shipping and expidited shipping is available at an additional cost. It may take up to 7 business days from the shipping date for orders to arrive.
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales tax of their shipping province.
If there is an issue with receiving your package, please contact us directly, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
A valid street address is required, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 days from receiving your order to email us requesting a return or exchange.
All products need to be in the same condition which you received. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all their Cardinal of Canada original tags attached and any related accessories.
If you fail to comply with the above conditions, the product(s) will be returned back to you at your own expense and will not be refunded.
Once you receive your item, you have 15 days to ask for a return or exchange. Write to us through our contact us page or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once the return has been approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you by email. The parcel must be dropped off at the appropriate courier location and received within 10 days from the date of the return authorisation for a full refund.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, examined and approved, a refund will be processed within five business days. A refund occurs only on the purchaser’s original method of payment.
Any returns that do not meet the guidelines, as indicated in our Return Policy, will not be accepted and will be returned back at your expense.

Please email us as soon as possible for any changes you require and we may be able to cancel or edit your order.

In the event that a product is defective or if you encounter any problems with your Cardinal of Canada garment, please promptly contact us by email at email@example.com
Once you have described the defect, we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement based on the nature of the defect, length of time since your purchase, circumstances of your purchase and use of the garment.
Please note that we will not reimburse or replace your garment for any damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
